RTRC Meeting October 2013 - Draft Laws of Chess |
Herewith the latest draft of the Laws of Chess to be finalised in Tallin. This follows the recent meeting in Tromso between some members of the RTRC and some members of the Presidential Board.
Please pay careful attention to any underlined points. This mainly means that they have not previously been considered by the RTRC. If bold and underlined, the change is radical and comes out of the meeting in Tromso. 1997 is the last time there were radical changes.
Please send your comments as soon as possible, preferably before 25 September to both . Stewart Reuben
