RTRC Councillors Meeting Minutes (June 2015)

The Armenian Chess Federation graciously hosted in Yerevan, Armenia the FIDE Rules & Tournament Regulations Commission Councillors meeting from 19.June.2015 to 21.June 2015.

Multiple topics were addressed such as proposed revisions to the Laws of Chess, questions from the global chess community and other matters.

Requirements for events in which disabled players participate
The attached document contains a list of requirements for events in which disabled players compete. Thanks to GM Thomas Luther, Chairman of the FIDE Chess for Disabled Commission for developing this document.

7. Input concerning the 'Arbiters Manual'
